3:00PM - Meet Set Up Volunteers

3:00PM - Parking lots Volunteers

3:45 PM - Bullpen Volunteers arrive 

4:00pm - Bullpen Volunteer meeting with Volunteer Committee Head

4:15PM - All Other Volunteers should arrive and check-in

4:45PM - Volunteer Meeting/Clipboard pickup/Instructions

5:20PM - All Volunteers report to your location

Away Meets:

4:00pm - Bullpen Parent Volunteers arrive, check-in and quick meeting

4:15pm - Arrival Time and Volunteer check in -for all other volunteers and athletes

4:30pm- Volunteer meeting/Instructions

4:45pm - Warm-ups

5:20pm - All volunteers report to your location

5:30pm - Meet begins
