*** Volunteers - please be on time or early (reduces our stress level)

All swimmers should have individual events.

Relays - since we are the guests, we tried not to put some of our struggling swimmers in these events. Hopefully they will improve more this week and they will be ready for next week!

1. Swimmers - all should arrive ready to swim. MILTON MUSTANG SUIT ON, HAIR UP, ARMS MARKED, MILTON MUSTANG CAP LOCATED, AND SUNSCREENED. There will not be enough time to do these things once you arrive - it will just add to the chaos.Website has mark up instructions under Meet tab

***Sunscreen – With the number of swimmers attending each meet, there will be a crowd of kids in and around the bullpen area. Some of the kids are very sensitive to aerosol sprays and have trouble breathing with excessive fumes. Please apply sunscreen before you arrive. NO spray sunscreen will be allowed behind the building/bullpen area. Thanks for helping us protect young lungs!

2. Bullpens: Upon arrival, look for our team/bullpens. We will be there a little early to find out where to set up so look for our team.

3. Check website under the Meet and Event tab for what to bring, pack, etc. as well as instructions for how to MARK UP your swimmer!

4. Meet Heat Sheets/Swimtopia APP: We must wait for the home team to get the final copy to us. We plan to email the final heat sheet and release your child’s events on the Swimtopia APP by 2pm.
